Meetings

Meetings are held on:

Roundup General Staff Meeting Friday 12 am, all staff to attend this meeting. This meeting is to bring everyone up on the past week’s events and to plan the coming week’s events; this meeting is normally in the form of a lunch the location is decided by a majority vote during the week.

Roundup Engineers Staff Meeting

Last Friday Evening, core engineers to attend only, this meeting is an informal forum that allows both positive and negative view to be aired with no possibility of negative repercussions; this normally involves alcohol, which is partly funded by CFTS.CO (U) Ltd., this is an informal part of the CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. ‘Problem Resolution’ policy.

Daily Operations (Front desk)

Meeting (20mins) Everyday 9am, all staff to attend this meeting. This meeting is to bring all staff to plan the day and discuss solutions to possible problems that maybe faced that day.

Engineers Workshop Meeting (15mins) Every day as and when is needed, Workshop Manager and CEO to attend this meeting. This meeting is to bring the CEO up to date and to anticipate and to discuss solutions to possible problems that are current or maybe faced that day.

Monthly Staff Meeting (as long as it takes) Normally held on the last Thursday of every month. Last Friday of the month 10 am, all staff to attend this meeting. This meeting is to bring everyone up to date on the past month’s events and to plan the coming month’s events, also any issues and/or suggestions can be brought up for general discussion, this meeting can also be used to discuss policies and protocols and any changes that may be required.

Incidental Meetings

Meetings held either in general or individually could happen at any time depending on need or circumstances.
