Complaints

In any work situation, we understand that it is possible for problems to arise. The CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. management is committed to addressing and resolving your concerns as professionally and as quickly as possible.

If you have any issues, problems or conflict, we encourage you to first discuss it directly with the person (if possible) and review ways with the person that you feel it can be resolved. If you cannot resolve your concern, then discuss it with your immediate supervisor and again, discuss ways that you feel the issue can be resolved. You can expect to receive courteous consideration and a prompt reply.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you will be required to put your concern in writing and submit it to the Management. You will be contacted to discuss your concern and a careful investigation of the issue will follow.
