Termination and Resignation
Employment with CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. may end either through resignation by the employee or termination by the company.
To allow for an orderly transition of responsibilities, either party is normally expected to provide one month’s written notice before the end of employment. In certain circumstances, payment in lieu of notice may be provided in accordance with company policy or the terms of the employment agreement.
Returning company property
Before leaving the company, employees are expected to return all company-issued materials and equipment. This may include items such as:
- identification cards
- keys
- tools
- documents or records
- any other company property
These items should be returned to the Workshop Manager or the General Manager before the employee’s final shift.
Notice requirements
Employees who leave the company without providing the required notice may be considered in breach of their employment agreement. In such situations, certain employment benefits may not be payable in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
