Non Harassment Policy

CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe working environment for all employees. Harassment, including sexual harassment or any form of inappropriate conduct, will not be tolerated.

Any employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment depending on the seriousness of the situation.

What constitutes harassment

Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:

  • Submission to such conduct is made a condition of employment, either explicitly or implicitly.
  • Acceptance or rejection of such conduct is used as a basis for employment decisions.
  • The conduct interferes with an employee’s ability to perform their work or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
  • The conduct occurs because of a person’s sex, even if it is not explicitly sexual in nature.

Examples of inappropriate behaviour

Harassment may include, but is not limited to:

  • Unwelcome physical contact.
  • Requests or demands for sexual favours.
  • Verbal abuse or sexually explicit language in the workplace.
  • Displaying sexually suggestive materials or images in the workplace.

Harassment directed toward or coming from clients, customers, suppliers, or other third parties will also not be tolerated.

Reporting concerns

Any employee who experiences or becomes aware of harassment should report the matter to their supervisor or to Management as soon as possible. If possible, reports should be made within 48 hours of the incident.

All reported incidents will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

Confidentiality and investigation

CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. will handle reports of harassment with appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity. Investigations will be conducted fairly and in consultation with the appropriate personnel.

Providing false information during an investigation may also result in disciplinary action.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all employees of CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. while performing their duties, whether at company premises, at client sites, or during any work-related activity.
