Terminal benefits

All employees leaving employment, other than through dismissal or leaving without notice shall be entitled to the following:

• That proportion of annual leave owing will be paid accordingly
• After a minimum of three (3) years’ service, one (1) month salary for every full year of employment but not more than twelve (12) month’s salary.
