Pay Grades Scales
CFTS maintains pay structures designed to provide fair and consistent compensation for employees based on the nature of their roles, level of responsibility, and experience.
Pay grades may be used to organise positions within the company and to ensure that compensation remains structured and equitable across comparable roles.
Salary levels within each pay grade may take into account factors such as qualifications, professional experience, individual performance, and operational requirements.
The company reviews compensation structures periodically to ensure they remain appropriate and consistent with the responsibilities and expectations associated with each role. The Pay structure is divided into 6 sections as below.
