Employment Categories
Employees at CFTS may be engaged under different employment categories depending on the nature of the role, operational requirements, and contractual arrangements.
Typical employment categories may include full-time employees, part-time employees, temporary employees, and contract personnel. Each category may have different terms relating to working hours, benefits, and responsibilities.
Full-time employees are generally engaged on a permanent basis and are expected to work the standard working hours defined by the company. Part-time employees work fewer hours than full-time staff but remain subject to the same professional standards and workplace policies.
Temporary or contract staff may be engaged to support specific projects, operational demands, or short-term assignments. The terms of engagement for such roles will normally be defined within the relevant employment agreement.
Regardless of employment category, all personnel are expected to comply with company policies, procedures, and professional standards while working at CFTS.
