Compute
Compute instances are provided with 1 Public IPv4 and unmanaged by default. Management, monitoring, patching, OS and backup services are available as optional add-ons. Network access is shared and subject to fair usage to ensure consistent service quality.

Storage Services
Enterprise-grade storage services delivered on CFTS-managed infrastructure, built on high-performance SSD platforms with ZFS-based redundancy and integrity protection. Storage is provisioned as usable capacity, abstracting underlying RAID/dRAID overhead and operational complexity.

CFTS reserves the right to rebalance storage allocations to maintain performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
Capacity & Allocation Principles
- Capacity is usable, not raw disk
- Redundancy and spare capacity managed by CFTS
- Larger allocations benefit from improved utilisation
- Allocations are provisioned as contiguous capacity where possible

This pricing reflects:
- Enterprise hardware and import logistics costs
- Redundancy overhead (RAID/dRAID)
- Operational management and monitoring
- Capacity reservation and utilisation risk
- Long-term infrastructure sustainability
Storage Positioning Statement
CFTS storage is not commodity disk rental. It is a managed storage service designed for reliability, predictability, and operational clarity, supporting business-critical workloads.
Network & Bandwidth
Dedicated Bandwidth (Unmetered Within Capacity)
Provides predictable monthly cost with no per-GB billing. Traffic is not metered and is allowed up to the provisioned capacity.

CFTS is not a commodity hosting provider. We deliver controlled, enterprise-grade infrastructure with local presence, human support, and predictable performance, designed for organisations that cannot afford uncertainty.
Commercial Terms
- Minimum contract term: 12 months
- Billing:
- Reserved services billed monthly in advance
- Usage-based services billed monthly in arrears
- Overage:
- Applies only where explicitly agreed
- Taxes:
- VAT, taxes and duties applied as per local regulations
Currency Note
UGX pricing is indicative only. For invoicing, UGX conversion is based on the prevailing Euro exchange rate published by the Uganda Revenue Authority at the time of invoicing: https://ura.go.ug/en/exchange-rates/.
